Beautifully maintained condo and building. Hot water heater is 2 years old, Hurricane windows in living room and sliding door to the porch. Popcorn ceiling was removed and gorgeous textured ceilings were installed. Portable a/c for comfort on the porch. New air conditioner in April 2020. Very friendly association with patio for barbeques and parties, Condo disclosure and Seller's disclosure are attached to listing. Concrete restoration and replacement of lift is underway. There are no special assessments for the work. Association is well funded.
