Park View Isle is a very green and slightly secluded island which is located to the east of Normandy Isle and Normandy Shores and to the west of North Shore area. On the Park View Island there are many housing options such as apartments, condominiums and townhouses. All of them are different and almost all can boast of gorgeous water view.
In the 1930s, the island of Park View was fortified with powerful concrete breakwaters that connected the island with the embankment. After that, a boulevard stretching along the 73rd Street in the east was created.

There are also low-rise apartments with gardens, built in the 1950s and representing combination of villas and objects available for rent. Townhouses built in the mid-1950s occupy the southwest part of the island. In addition to ability of getting unconditional real estate ownership these townhouses will impress with large spaces, garden patios, breathtaking views of the water and docks, from which free path to the bay is not blocked by fixed bridges.
