Un propietario tiene que pagar sólo el 20% del valor al hacer la reservación. Otros pagos en cuotas: 10% al sobre el tendido de la Fundación, 10% al terminar de construir el piso con la piscina, 10% al terminar de construir el techo y lo restante, 50% tras el cierre.
