Descripción


Pedro Martin has already received a permission for building a new residential skyscraper from Miami Beach Design Review Board. It's scheduled to erect a 200-feet high building with plenty of outdoor and indoor green places. 20-storey project, comprising 70 residences, will replace the 10-storey hotel Howard Johnson Dezerland, located at 8701 Collins Avenue in Miami.

The project was developed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and WEST 8 Urban Design & Landscape Architecture. According to an announcement of the Head of Planning Thomas Mooney, it will include an underground parking, a gym and spa facilities, located on the rooftop terrace, and a lobby on the ground floor. The building will be surrounded by the planting of two hundred trees that will benefit the clean air. According to the developers, the new building will positively affect the entire area North Beach.
