La Baia Bay Harbor Islands is a new luxury condominium located in the southern part of the Bay Harbor Islands on the shores of the Indian Creek Canal. The eight-story club-style residential complex includes 68 exclusive residences of various layouts with 1-4 bedrooms and wide-angle views of the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean.

The condominium occupies one of the last untouched plots of land on the coast of the East Island, 100 meters away from the junction of the Indian Creek Canal and the lake of the same name. The northern part of Biscayne Bay is less than 1 kilometer away along the canal, making it natural for the complex to have a private secure marina for ships, including premium yachts.

The condominium project was designed by world-renowned architect Luis Revuelta, who has created more than a dozen luxury apartment buildings on the East Coast. The architectural concept of La Baia assumes the enjoyment of isolation and silence in the center of a world-famous resort.

La Baia's gleaming glass exterior reflects the purity of Biscayne Bay near the Bay Harbor Islands. The two chamber blocks of the condominium are connected by a panoramic corridor on the upper floors and a spacious open terrace below, where residents can admire the park greenery and the shimmering blue of a quiet canal.

Snow-white geometric lines of the building are framed with wide panoramic windows, spacious balconies and terraces, and railings made of double shock-resistant glass. The resort's minimalist style contrasts organically with the lush rooftop gardens, which include exclusive resident-only lounges.

La Baia Bay Harbor Islands features the unrivaled luxury in every detail, from the entrance to the vast private area. An elegant port-kosher entrance leads into a spacious lobby with marbled reception and fine furnishings. APARTMENTS AND PENTHOUSES

Royal residences ranging from 105 to 232 square meters (1125 to 2500 square feet) are sold fully finished with pre-installed kitchens, professional appliances, and fully equipped bathrooms with fixtures from European manufacturers. The height of the ceilings in the apartments is 2.7 meters, and in the luxurious panoramic penthouses it reaches 3 meters. The decoration is dominated by natural materials of the highest class.

All residences have spacious terraces with views of Biscayne Bay, Atlantic Ocean, Bal Harbor, Miami Beach, and downtown Miami mainland.

Bathrooms with natural marble floors are equipped with luxury Snaidero furniture and showers are framed with ultra-resistant glass, and high quality accessories, including a rain shower system.

All residences have internet and cable TV.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

La Baia is New York-based developer Ian Bruce Eichner's latest project, incorporating the best of the developer's previous projects, including its famous Continuum condominium in South Beach. The developer's concept includes a combination of proven solutions and cutting-edge trends in the world of premium home construction.

The firm Revuelta Architecture International, led by Luis Revuelta, has completed dozens of high-end multi-unit residential projects across the country prior to working with the La Baia project. Revuelta Architecture International's works include luxury towers such as Brickell Flatiron and stunning boutique condominiums with a handful of spacious, bright residences, and entire floors of luxury amenities such as Il Villagio. La Baia is one of the architect's finest works, with contemporary layouts that meet the needs of oceanfront resort living.

The elegant interiors are designed by Durukan Design, which has extensive experience in the creation of restaurants, resorts, and premium apartments.
