New complex Oasis with residences, offices and a hotel will be built in Hallandale Beach
The mixed-use project Hallandale Oasis is a new milestone in the history of Hallandale Beach area, which rapidly transforms from a quiet suburb into epicenter of activity.
The complex, designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners Bureau, will give the city a new hotel, offices, shops and residences.
Hallandale Oasis will occupy 10 acres and will be located across the street from Gulfstream Park, a popular park with racetrack and casino.
Two 26-storey residential towers including 500 residences in total will be located on the territory of the complex.
There will be two connected mixed-use buildings with a height of 10 and 20 storeys and one-storey shopping center located nearby. Together they will offer approximately 60,000 square feet of office space, 34,000 square feet of retail space, 200 hotel rooms, and over 1,500 parking places.
