Biscayne Beach es un condominio de lujo, siendo desarrollado en colaboración con Eastview Development y GTIS Partners en el vecindario de East Edgewater en Miami. La empresa reconocida mundialmente Thom Filicia, Inc. es el socio de diseño de Biscayne Beach. Felicia es nombrada uno de los "100 mejores diseñadores" por "House Beautiful" y se espera que traiga su sofisticado estilo clásico al estilo estético y sensato de Biscayne Beach. El edificio estará ubicado cerca de los destinos más populares como las tiendas, restaurantes finos y lugares culturales de Miami.
El edificio consistirá de 51 pisos y "traerá la playa a la ciudad" contando con el primer Beach Club artificial de Miami frente a las aguas de Biscayne Bay.
