Occupied for only two years since its complete reconstruction, this extraordinary Mission-style home was meticulously reimagined by its owner—a luxury general contractor—as their intended forever residence. Every decision was driven by craftsmanship rather than cost, resulting in a home where quality, authenticity, and timeless design take precedence. Stripped to its structural substrates, the residence was comprehensively rebuilt with pressure-treated framing, a completely removed and newly poured solid concrete foundation, and exceptional attention to structural integrity and architectural detail. Honored with the 2025 Historic Preservation Award by the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
