Very nice and well kept corner unit sitting on a lake and located in a gated community. The unit is sold furnished and it is in move-in condition. Corner unit brings more light in the living area which is all open. No carpet: tile on the first floor and laminate on the second one. Washer and dryer, A/C have been recently replaced . There is also a screened patio in the back overlooking the lake. Many amenities within the community among them , a heated pool on the lake, a beach volleyball court and exercise room. Palmbrooke is very well located closed to many parks, grocery stores, downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach international airport.
