El Club Surf Condominium & Hotel Resort es un hotel de cinco estrellas que se encuentra en la 9011 del Collins Avenue en la ciudad de Surfside. El complejo se compone de dos torres lujosas de condominios frente al mar de y un hotel de lujo gestionado por el Four Seasons. La construcción se inició en el 2014.
Las comodidades del Surf Club incluirán dos piscinas, situadas en un exuberante jardín como paisaje, dos centros fitness totalmente equipados, acceso a 12,000 pies cuadrados de un centro privado de salud y bienestar con equipos ultramodernos de fitness, salas privadas de entrenamiento, un estudio dedicado de yoga y de Pilates, un lujoso spa de servicio completo con saunas, baños de vapor, tratamiento y salas de relajación. Los residentes también podrán utilizar el aparcamiento seguro incluyendo espacios de auto-parqueo, servicios de valet parking, un número limitado de plazas de garaje privadas y cerradas, personal disponible en todo momento, incluyendo conserjería, limpieza, aseo privado para mascotas, servicio de lavado de coches, y un equipo de seguridad altamente profesional para asegurar la seguridad de los residentes.
El Surf Club ofrecerá un frente de playa de 815 pies con cabañas privadas de bañeras y servicio de playa de primera clase, así como ocho hectáreas de artísticos jardines y patios, piscinas y fuentes. Cada residencia tendrá muros de concreto resistentes a sonidos, un sistema de climatización multizona y conectividad de ultra alta velocidad, lo que permite sistemas de videoconferencia y sistemas de medios integrados.
El Surf Club también contará con 13 únicos penthhouses frente al mar, diseñados por el renombrado arquitecto Richard Meier – 5 penthouses de dos pisos y 8 de un piso ofreciendo características originales y amplios espacios privados exteriores, incluyendo terrazas en la azotea con piscinas, cocinas de verano, jardines, instalaciones ultramodernas, electrodomésticos y más.
