A small island, on which the town of North Bay Village is located, covers an area of just 2 square kilometers. Most part of the town was artificially created in the 40s of the last century. Until that time only patch of land in 20 square meters was visible above the waves of Biscayne Bay. Previously, North Bay Village served mainly as the winter residence for many stars. It was famous for its nightlife and restaurants, among the owners of which were Dean Martin and Jilly Rizzo. Today the island is bustling all year round. On the coast of Biscayne Bay, new homes are being built, and condos in North Bay Village stand out by modern layout, a variety of facilities and, of course, magnificent sea views all around.
