Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is the designer of One Bayfront Plaza in downtown Miami, as well as many other notable projects around the world. Kohn is developing the design while maintaining the exclusivity of Mandarin Oriental. Interior design will be handled by two Parisian designers.
Tristan Auer will handle the residences and Laura Gonzalez will handle the hotel rooms. Although there are no interior renderings yet, all three have extensive and impressive portfolios, and are making their debut in the Miami real estate market.
