El Four Seasons Hotel & Residences es un nuevo proyecto residencial de lujo que se desarrollará en Fort Lauderdale. Es el primer hotel de alto nivel construido en Fort Lauderdale en ocho años. El último proyecto desarrollado de ese paisaje en la ciudad fue el de St. Regis Resort & Residences Fort Lauderdale de $ 225.000.000, ahora conocido como The Ritz-Carlton, construido en el año 2007.
El proyecto Four Seasons en Fort Lauderdale contará con aproximadamente 150 habitaciones, así como con 95 unidades residenciales. La configuración final de las habitaciones está sujeta a cambios, según un portavoz del Fort Partners. El Four Seasons en Fort Lauderdale contará con hotel separado y vestíbulos residenciales, así como piscinas separadas de natación para los residentes y huéspedes. Entre los servicios adicionales del proyecto se incluirán un gimnasio vanguardista, un club de playa con cabañas junto a la piscina, un centro spa, sala de juegos para niños, salas de reuniones totalmente equipadas, servicio de valet parking, un moderno centro de negocios, así como un increíble salón de baile. El Four Seasons también tendrá varios restaurantes. Las unidades residenciales en el Four Seasons Hotel & Residences variarán desde los 800 a 6,000 pies cuadrados. Los pisos irán desde uno a tres dormitorios.
Se espera que la construcción de los 23 pisos del Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences rompan tierra en el año 2016 en un sitio de 1,8 hectáreas a lo largo de la playa Fort Lauderdale. De acuerdo con el desarrollador del proyecto, Fort Partners de Miami, el edificio está programado a completarse en 2018. Se espera que las ventas sean lanzadas en febrero del 2015.
