Thank you for your interest in Cynthia Gardens. All apartments at Cynthia Gardens are 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom. The shortest lease term we offer is 7 months. For short-term leases (7-11 months), an additional $300 per month is added to the rental rate. Rent at Cynthia Gardens includes water, trash, sewer, pest control, and general maintenance. Additional deposits may apply to tenants who require a co-signer or have lower credit scores.To reserve a unit, submit the $75.00 application fee per applicant and the $300.00 administrative fee. These fees can be submitted by credit card or ACH.
