You'll love this house from the moment your arrive. The exterior has just been painted (March 2, 2012). There is a semi-private tiled patio at the front entrance. When you enter the home you are greeted to the open and welcoming living room enclosed Florida room. The kitchen has newer SS refrigerator & dishwasher; a new microwave (installed 3/1/12) and plenty of space to work. The enclosed Florida room has wall-to-wall sliders that overlook the large screened patio and the enormous backyard. The a/c is just a couple of years old and there are accordion hurricane shutters on the back sliders. All this, plus we're in an ''A'' rated school district; close to downtown Boca and Mizner Park and NO HOA FEES!
