This is the best model in Meridiana. Master bedroom is downstairs with another bedroom/den downstairs as well. Private bedroom with bath upstairs. There are 3 full baths with the 3 bedrooms. Lots of closet space with walk-ins as well. Netural colors throughout. This is a corner unit with a spectacular view of the lake. With the skylights and the glass enclosed patio the sun just flows throughout. Washer and dryer are inside the unit. The patio has black out windows...you can see out but no one can look in. Kitchen cabinets were redone. Eat-in breakfast area. The master is down. There is a newer A/C and there are 2 water heaters. This is a must see unit.
