THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO: (1) ENTER INTO MULTIPLE COUNTERPROPOSALS WHEN MULTIPLE PURCHASE INTEREST HAS BEEN PRESENTED; (2) ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL OFFERS; (3) WAIVE ANY TECHNICAL OR FORMAL DEFECTS OF ANY INFORMALITY IN THE OFFERS; (4) RECOMMEND THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN OFFER OTHER THAN THE HIGHEST OFFER; OR (5) TO NEGOTIATE FURTHER WITH ONE OR MORE PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS ACCORDING SOLELY TO ITS OWN JUDGEMENT. 6. ALL OFFERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY WITHIN THE SELLER.
