Marble floors throughout. A 10-minute walk to the public beach at Earl Lifshey Ocean Park. The combo of easy walking to a beach (that also has paid parking and two free handicap parking spots) and of a peaceful pool on the intracoastal, contributes a lot to a great lifestyle. Downstairs, the 60 ft by 30 ft pool on the intracoastal is heated at 88F=31C for about 6 months; during Summer it's probably colder than 88F, but it's still slightly heated - water doesn't feel cold in any season. Nice gym and library rooms. The meeting/activities/card room was just remodeled. Shuffleboard game.
