Uptown Harbor is a new grandiose project of Dezer Development in one of the most geographically advantageous locations in North Miami Beach. It won the title of "city of the future" even before the construction began. Elite condominiums and townhouses, hotels and shopping centers, office buildings, and sports clubs will unite into a large-scale “city within a city” on an area of more than 29 acres one kilometer from the Atlantic Ocean.
1,750 luxury panoramic residences will be located in five ultra-modern buildings, the highest of which will be an exclusive 40-story tower. Another 50 apartments will include white townhouses with views of the waterways. Developer Gil Deser plans to build an artificial canal in Uptown Harbor that will form the basis for a stunning waterfront lined with fashion boutiques and high-end restaurants.
It is planned to build a hotel with 250 rooms and a residential building for 200 apartments with first-class furnishings and premium appliances, which will be rented out for guests.
Uptown Harbor is conceived as a full-fledged city, every inhabitant of which will be able to enjoy a comfortable life without leaving its borders. Office buildings with a total area of almost 19 thousand square meters will be located here. The multifunctional "smart" layout will allow the owner of any business to find suitable premises: Dezer Development is confident that Uptown Harbor will become not only an elite residential area but also a large business center.
Almost 35 thousand square meters will be allocated for trading. This territory will house a large shopping center with an area of over 26 thousand square meters, a supermarket for 4.6 thousand square meters, small shops, and luxury boutiques. Another territory of 4.2 thousand square meters will be occupied with a chic fitness center with a gym and a division into sports zones, each of which will be equipped with first-class sports equipment and accessories.
Uptown Harbor will have its own urban infrastructure, including a police station, fire station, and a community event center. A park will occupy 6 acres and outdoor recreational space — 9.4 acres.
The architectural project is being developed by Zyscovich Architects, led by Bernard Ziskovich, who is one of the largest urban planners in the United States. The company's extensive portfolio includes airports, hotels, cultural centers, hospitals, shopping centers, sports complexes, and dozens of residential buildings from five-star skyscrapers with hundreds of apartments to unique luxury mansions. Zyscovich is called a “master of real urbanism” with a deep understanding of innovative technologies in the field of urban construction, and his buildings are distinguished not only by visual identity but also by high comfort.
Uptown Harbor will occupy a posh area near the Atlantic, between two large lakes, among a network of coastal canals. From the upper floors, you can enjoy lush sunrises over the ocean, while the lower floors offer panoramic views of the nearby waterways with lush greenery and colorful evening lights. Residents of Uptown Harbor will be able to enjoy the diverse nature of one of the largest national parks in the north of Miami Beach, the Oleta River, located across the street. The Atlantic coastline of Sunny Isles Beach with its wide white beaches is one kilometer away from the site.
Dezer Development is currently one of the largest property developers in South Florida. The developer's completed projects include premium residential towers Porsche Design Tower and Armani Residences.
