The Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami is the first skyscraper in Miami to rise to over 1,000 feet. Designer residences, a huge list of amenities and entertainment, and a range of premium services — royal life awaits you in the tallest tower in South Florida, designed by developers from PMG.
The building will be located in the center of Miami on coastal land next to Biscayne Bay. All central attractions, restaurants and luxury shops, as well as Bayfront Park and A-class schools for children of all ages, will be within walking distance.
The tower will feature 360 luxury residences and over 200 hotel rooms under the legendary Hilton hotel brand, which has been offering five-star service in dozens of the world's largest cities for decades.
The Waldorf Astoria Miami hotel will occupy only the first 50 floors — private residences will occupy the rest to save permanent residents from the hustle and bustle of the hotel. Apartments will occupy the 50-89 floors, and on the top 10 floors, there will be real celestial palaces — royal penthouses with exclusive panoramas that can only be seen from a helicopter.
The Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami will be on par with the brand's best rooms around the world. The kitchens and bathrooms will be fitted with luxury appliances and custom-made Italian furniture. All residences are planned to be supplemented with European dressing rooms.
Residents are provided with multiple amenities, including a fitness center, professionally serviced spa, branded restaurant, conference rooms, and private meeting rooms. The elegant Peacock Alley, pools, playrooms and children's room, beer restaurant, wine tasting room, bird's-eye view lounges, and terraces provide a wide range of opportunities to relax and socialize.
The Waldorf Service organizes five-star service at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel Miami. It provides all types of cleaning, dry cleaning and laundry services, food and courier delivery, animal walking, concierge, valet, and doorman services. The Waldorf Service will allow residents to use the services of a personal chef, fitness instructor, secretary, or business assistant.
The stunning Waldorf Astoria Miami downtown candle is a grand project by partners Sieger Suarez Architects and Carlos Ott. They will make the skyscraper appear on postcards as one of Florida's landmarks. The condominium resembles an asymmetrical tower of nine parallelepipeds stacked on top of each other. The stunning terraces have been designed at the upper junctions between them to offer views of the entire city.
The complex offers both small residences for one person or a couple and luxury penthouses for large families.
Residence prices start at less than $1 million. Luxury residences with wide-angle panoramas on the upper floors reach $5.5 million.
