The unit overlooks the pool area and faces south. Applications are quick and approvals are done weekly. The unit is easy to show by appointment. First, last, and security are required for move-in. Pets are ok with a $250 pet dep for the unit and a $1000 fee deposit for the condo assoc. App fee is $150 per person and unless married then it is $150 each for the couple. The pool is closed for repair – no time frame on the reopening has been provided. Rent includes valet parking for one car.
